{NAME} has completed 3 ACT science exams and 2 ACT Math exams. The scores on the science exams are as follows in the order in which {NAME} took them: XX, YY, ZZ. The scores on the Math exams were XX, and YY. We have reviewed all of the homework and I have highlighted the areas where {NAME} will need more practice. On the science, {NAME} will need to do XXX. On the math, {NAME} is struggle/excelling most in YYY. I have assigned another math and science exam for homework which can be found at their CPP profile.
